Transformation Program Lead

Your contribution to KPMG

• Lead and manage a strategic HR technology transformation program, owning delivery of business outcomes
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities
• Oversee the implementation and integration of HR platforms and modules for the group, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.
• Establish and drive program governance, progress tracking, risk management, and transparent reporting to executive.
• Apply "wagile" project methodology, balancing structured planning with adaptive execution
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across project streams.
• Drive organizational change management and ensure continuous communication with senior stakeholders across the company.
• Support the CPO and Steering Committee in strategic decision-making, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

This is what makes you successful

• Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year HR transformation programs with a strong technology component
• Proven track record of overseeing HR technology implementations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
• Skilled in managing complex, multi-country programs and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influencing skills
• Skilled in agile and traditional project methodologies
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German would be a significant advantage
