Job Description

As a Health Specialist EFZ, you are an important part of the interprofessional nursing team and support patients during their stay and treatment process.

Your tasks include:

• Professional care and support within the scope of your competencies

• Accompanying and supporting patients with various psychiatric conditions

• Assistance in daily life and with daily structure

• Promoting independence and existing resources

• Monitoring health status and communicating relevant changes

• Building a professional and trusting relationship with patients

• Collaboration with qualified nursing professionals and other interprofessional occupational groups

• Ensuring a safe, appreciative, and resource-oriented environment

• Proper documentation and taking on organisational tasks

Requirements Profile

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)

• Interest in psychiatric care and support

• Enjoyment in working with people

• Empathy and an appreciative, respectful attitude

• Sense of responsibility and reliability

• Resilience and the ability to act calmly and professionally even in demanding situations

• Enjoyment of teamwork and interprofessional collaboration

• Good German language skills

Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement. Much more important are your motivation, your personality, and your interest in further developing yourself in this diverse field.
