We are taking a new path: For the first time, Ginesta is launching its own Graduate Programme. We are looking for ambitious university graduates who want to enter the real estate world with us and be more than just spectators from the start.
Over 18 months, we will specifically develop you into a real estate marketer. You will work closely with experienced real estate professionals, learn our business from the ground up, and gradually take on your own responsibilities – in valuations and acquisitions, in contact with owners and interested parties, during viewings, negotiations, and finally with your own marketing mandates.

Over 18 months, we will specifically develop you into a real estate marketer. You will work closely with experienced real estate professionals, learn our business from the ground up, and gradually take on your own responsibilities – in valuations and acquisitions, in contact with owners and interested parties, during viewings, negotiations, and finally with your own marketing mandates.
Your tasks
- Learning on the Job
Instead of just watching, you will be right in the middle from the start: Accompanied by an experienced practical coach, you will actively work on exciting client mandates and gain valuable practical experience.
- Real Estate & Sales Academy
In addition to practical training, you will deepen your knowledge in property valuation, finance, law, taxes, market, and architecture. Professional training in acquisition, sales, and negotiation will prepare you for advising our clients.
- Personal Development & Leadership
We also invest in your personal development: with mentoring, regular feedback, targeted development and leadership inputs. During the Graduate Programme, you will also develop your own business case for Ginesta – from the initial idea and analysis through to the development of a concrete concept and the presentation of your solution. This gives you the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, think entrepreneurially, and actively shape Ginesta’s future. - Insights beyond marketing
You will get to know other areas of Ginesta – including new builds, commercial, valuation, property management, as well as marketing and digitalisation – thus developing a comprehensive understanding of the real estate business.
Your profile
- A very good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in business administration, real estate, finance, architecture, business law, or a comparable field
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a quick grasp
- Enjoyment in contact with people and interest in consulting and sales
- Initiative, commitment, and the desire to take on responsibility
- Curiosity about the real estate world and enthusiasm to develop professionally and personally
- Initial experience in the real estate industry is welcome but not a requirement.
