To strengthen the HR department, we are looking for an experienced and innovative recruitment specialist for a renowned service company in the healthcare sector in the Basel agglomeration.

Recruitment Specialist (f/m/d) 70%

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the entire recruitment process (from job posting, applicant management to hiring)
• Support, advice and accompaniment of managers in the recruitment process
• Use of appropriate recruiting channels and social media in cooperation with the communications department
• Further development of recruitment processes
• Strengthening the employer brand, co-designing employer branding and building networks
• Creating a positive candidate experience and its further development
• Supporting HR in the onboarding process

Your profile:

• Commercial training with further education in human resources, ideally as a federally certified HR specialist or similar further education
• Several years of experience in recruiting
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage
• High IT affinity (modern recruiting methods, social media, digital HR tools as well as the use of AI)
• Native Swiss German speaker
• Team-oriented, flexible and engaging personality
• Strong communication skills
• High social competence
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• High initiative
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Workload: 70% (ideally daily presence)
