We are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Scrum Master. You will support us within the framework of a strategic customer project in structuring and coordinating 6 workstreams within the project and help introduce a suitable working methodology within a SAFe organization. Furthermore, you will support the project management with PMO activities such as budget monitoring, documentation, and project-specific administrative tasks.

Tasks

Scrum Master Tasks:

• Structuring of 6 workstreams within the project & introducing a suitable working methodology in a SAFe organization
• Coordination & continuous development of the 6 workstreams as well as the extended project team/stakeholders
• Preparation & execution of ceremonies and workshops within the project structure
• Identification & removal of impediments and implementation of measures from retrospectives
• Training & coaching of project management and the project team

PMO Tasks:

• Support of project management in planning, controlling, and monitoring the project
• Budget and cost monitoring (cost tracking, forecasts, variance analyses)
• Reporting and dashboards (regular project reports)
• Document management and filing (project documentation, versioning)
• Support of stakeholder management (communication plans, coordination)
• Ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and decision support for management

Requirements

• Proven experience with scaled agility/SAFe, knowledge as a coach
• Leadership personality in the sense of a servant leader
• Certification as Scrum Master and in the SAFe framework
• Experience in managing projects with fixed delivery dates
• Natural flair for people and interest in team processes and dynamics in a complex environment
• Open manner and good communication skills as a team player
• Independent, pragmatic, and responsible working style
• Confident handling of agile collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, Teams, and Confluence)
• Confident in creating presentations in PowerPoint
• Familiar with team building and team development aspects
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Experience in logistics or transport environment nice to have
• Certification in project management (Prince2 or PMP) nice to have

Work location: Bern region (hybrid remote)

Duration: 01.01.2026 until the end of 2026 (with option for extension)
