Consultant Specialist, 60 - 80%, Burgdorf and Thun
On behalf of the Canton of Bern, HEKS Stellennetz supports RAV clients in integrating into the labor market. The program provides participants with suitable work placements in the primary labor market and accompanies them with an educational offer through the application process.
To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a
- You conduct start, interim, and final interviews with the participants
- You advise and support job-seeking participants before and during their placement in a company
- You collaborate with course instructors and exchange information about the participants
- You look for suitable placement positions in companies and firms
- You maintain regular contact with the supervisors of the placement companies
- You document the progress in the internal database
- You write reports for the benefit of the RAV
- You communicate transparently and proactively engage in relieving the team and the organization
- You have a recognized educational qualification at secondary level II in Switzerland
- Ideally, you have practical experience in professional integration
- Optionally, you hold a recognized certificate in job coaching in Switzerland or are interested in completing such further training
- Your personal and professional development is important to you
- You work very independently, conscientiously, and reliably
- You are motivated and open to applying new methods, tools, approaches, and digital technologies
- You feel comfortable in flat hierarchies and are willing to take responsibility for decisions within your area of responsibility
- You can identify with the principles of role-based collaboration
