- Preparing licence agreements and conducting negotiations up to contract conclusion
Your profile
You have a university degree (at least Master’s) in the field of Physical Sciences, for example in physics, chemistry, materials science, electrical engineering or a related technical subject area. You have several years of professional experience in the private sector in a customer-oriented role. Now you want to take the next step in your development. Additionally, you bring:
- Enjoyment in communication and exchange with researchers, companies and other partners
- Interest in pragmatic, solution-oriented design and negotiation of contracts
- Independent, proactive and structured working style
- Ability to grasp complex issues and communicate them clearly
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
Initial experience with patents, licences or research contracts is an advantage but not a requirement.
We offer
- An exciting, varied and demanding role with plenty of scope for creativity
- Stimulating environment at the interface of science, business and innovation
- Small, dedicated team and thorough induction into technology transfer
- Workplaces in Basel, Bern and/or Zurich as well as the possibility of occasional home office days
