YOUR TASKS :
Trackinsight is seeking an intern to help developing its advisory business. We have the ambitions to strengthen our leading position on this product segment and improve customer service. We intend to achieve this by improving our advisory capabilities: issuer due diligence, proprietary strategies, reporting, execution workflow analysis.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
ETF Issuer Due Diligence:
Assist the team to prepare ETF Issuer analysis
Demonstrate a strong understanding of ETF ecosystem
Prepare documentation for clients
Automation Support:
Optimise existing workflows and processes to reduce manual tasks
Contribute to the automation of our proprietary Due Diligence process, enabling greater focus on qualitative analysis
Operational Tasks:
Analytics Tool Enhancement:
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage in daily interactions with various teams. (Tech, Marketing, Research…)
Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
Interactions with Issuers:
Engage with Issuers Partners, especially to help on automation
Foster and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS :
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
Student or recent graduate from a top-tier engineering/programming school or at a top-ranked university.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are mandatory.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R and VBA) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manipulate large data sets.
Knowledge of financial analysis.
