In collaboration with the Avenir Group, we are looking for a networked, implementation-strong, and integrative personality who, as Managing Director Switzerland, will further develop the market leadership position, shape the organization, and drive sustainable growth.

The Condair Group has production sites in Europe, North America, and China, as well as its own sales and service organizations in 23 countries and representatives at 50 locations worldwide. 

The Swiss organization with locations in Pfäffikon SZ, Bulle FR, and Münsingen BE is part of this global network and at the same time an independent, important market with further development potential.

YOU DRIVE

• Overall responsibility for the Swiss organization with a focus on growth, profitability, and sustainable market positioning
• Active market development and personal presence in acquisition, key customers, and relevant networks, as well as further development of a joint sales and service organization that proactively and coordinately covers the market throughout Switzerland
• Cultural integration, leadership, further development, and mutual networking of the three locations Pfäffikon, Bulle, and Münsingen, as well as further development, control, and implementation of organizational and process optimizations
• Expansion and scaling of the new Condair Service Academy to ensure qualified service technicians as well as training and continuing education offers for external partners
• Promotion of a performance-oriented, positive, and solution-focused corporate culture 
• Close cooperation and exchange with international management teams within the group

YOU BRING

• At least 5 years of leadership experience of multifunctional teams with a proven track record in a comparable role 
• Solid sales experience in multi-level sales, preferably for technically complex products in the building trades with an understanding of project cycles and awarding processes
• Strong ability to develop existing and new markets, recognize potential for existing and new products, and consistently implement it
• Strength in organizational development, process optimization, and cultural transformation 
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight and persistence
• Confident appearance in negotiations and dealing with different stakeholders
• Ability to build trust and inspire people for common goals
• Very good language skills in German, French are required, and good English skills are advantageous
