About the job

As a talented lawyer or legal counsel, you are familiar with the legal areas surrounding public
passenger transport or you bring the motivation and diverse interest to delve deeply into this
field. Support our small team as a

Lawyer / Legal Counsel 60% - 80%

in the areas of general contract law, passenger transport law, labour law and
corporate law, procurement law, data protection law as well as education law. Start date 1 January 2027
or by arrangement.

Your tasks

You will carry out legal clarifications in the above-mentioned legal areas, both for our
employees and member companies as well as for cross-association committees. A key
area of responsibility is the work for the Public Transport Ombudsman. Furthermore, you represent the interests
of VöV and Alliance SwissPass in working and project groups as well as towards various stakeholders at
national level (authorities, private sector and others).

Your profile

• You have a degree in law (MLaw) and preferably some initial professional experience in a legal environment.
• You have an interest in mobility issues and association politics.
• Your mother tongue is German, French or Italian. You have very good oral and written German skills (level C2) as well as good oral and written French skills (at least level B2).
• You are characterised by discretion as well as a confident oral and written expression.
• You enjoy dealing with people and a strong customer orientation is important to you. Your high ability to argue, initiative and decisiveness complete your profile.
