Your Tasks
- Independent care, advice and support of patients with urological diseases.
- Assistance with urological examinations and outpatient procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies and catheter changes.
- Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription.
- Professional preparation and follow-up of examinations as well as ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
- Coordination of outpatient clinics and interprofessional collaboration with the medical service and other specialist departments.
- Ensuring comprehensive nursing documentation as well as guidance and advice to patients in dealing with their illness.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Professional experience in the outpatient sector or in urology is an advantage.
- Independent, structured and responsible working style as well as strong organisational skills.
- High patient orientation, empathy and enjoyment in working with people.
- Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with good communication skills.
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration as well as willingness to develop professionally and personally.
