YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent checking, coding, and posting of accounts payable invoices
- Processing and monitoring of dunning procedures
- Resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
- Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accurate accounts payable bookkeeping
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Experience in processing order-related invoices
- Experience with purchasing topics in a production company is an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage
- Good English skills
- Service-oriented and flexible personality
