Polymechanic – CNC Production with Robot Use

Activities

Monitoring and operating turning-milling centres with robot use
Loading and unloading machining centres including transport baskets
Performing precise measurement tasks during the turning and milling process
Operating CNC lathes with loading and unloading of workpieces
Carrying out simple turning tasks with tight tolerance specifications

Requirements

Careful and precise worker with experience on CNC lathes
Ability to place and measure precise workpieces within tight tolerances
Willingness to work shifts within the time window 05:00 to 23:00
Reliability and concentration ability during recurring short cycle times
