• Communicative and team-oriented personality: Expert advice and development of new clients as well as expansion of existing client relationships
• Hands-on & independent: Responsible management of projects and strong in process optimisation
• With an eye on the whole: Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of all processes
• Agile thinking and data-driven decision-making: Development of innovative campaigns and adaptation of existing campaigns
• Reliable in cost control & detail-oriented: High responsibility for creating timings and budgets
• Structured & careful: Ensuring efficient workflows, continuous optimisation of cost structures and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Completed studies in marketing, communication or business administration
• Several years of experience in agency and marketing
• Sound knowledge in budgeting, resource planning and controlling
• High professional know-how about production processes (classic, digital and social media)
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Confident handling of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Teambox)
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• A dynamic and motivated team that rocks
• No run-of-the-mill job, 40-hour working week
