Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for ongoing financial accounting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank transactions in Abacus and ensure reliable processing of all business transactions
• Preparing liquidity plans as well as analysing actual figures, forecasts and budgets are also part of your responsibilities, as is preparing financial reports for management
• In international treasury, you coordinate the payment transactions of a German subsidiary, monitor its liquidity and manage intercompany settlements as well as account reconciliations
• Together with the finance team, you support periodic closings, assist payroll administration and internal departments, and optimise existing financial processes in collaboration with external partners

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or a degree in business administration, accounting & controlling
• Extensive experience in financial accounting, confident knowledge of Abacus and MS Excel as well as routine in budgeting and forecasting distinguish you, while treasury experience and knowledge of PSI Penta offer additional advantages
• With your analytical thinking, independent working style and strong team orientation, you convince in everyday work, communicate confidently in German and handle confidential information responsibly. Good English skills are an advantage
