Group Leader Performance Review Pharmacy 80-100%
This is what your everyday work looks like
- At the heart of it: You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of 2 team leaders and around 25 employees – so that our customers continue to enjoy correctly and promptly processed performance records.
- Your employees are close to your heart – you enjoy initiating and driving development within the group.
- Together with your team leaders, you manage personnel processes and accompany discussions, recruitments, and development steps.
- In projects and working groups, you contribute your experience and collaborate with internal and external groups from the performance area.
- You are not only a group leader but also an idea generator! You actively think about new processes, question existing procedures, and drive the further development of performance review.
- A fast and individual communication and information flow is important to you, and you ensure this for the entire area of responsibility.
- Building bridges and expanding the professional network comes easily to you.

- First and foremost: You already have proven experience as a leader.
- Have you already gained experience in the performance area of an insurance company? Then we are especially pleased.
- Driving innovations actively is not just a task for you but a real opportunity – your conceptual strength and flair for numbers help you with this.
- You tackle complex topics in a structured way, quickly recognise connections, and organise yourself confidently even when many things are happening simultaneously.
- Thanks to your confident and target-group-appropriate communication in German (spoken and written), exchanging across different levels is easy for you. Do you also have basic knowledge of French? That is definitely a plus.
