movum Immobilientreuhand GmbH is a small, personally managed company with a mixed portfolio of rental properties and condominium owner associations.

We are looking for a committed individual from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and is keen to engage with a variety of tasks.

Your tasks

• Telephone and written contact with tenants, owners, authorities and craftsmen
• Conducting property inspections as well as, after training, apartment handovers and takeovers
• Organisation and preparation of condominium owners' meetings
• Minute-taking and, after training, leading smaller condominium owners' meetings, especially in spring
• Managing creditor and debtor accounting including dunning procedures
• Assisting with annual financial statements
• Handling and coordinating claims
• Supporting renovation and refurbishment projects with external service providers
• Monitoring and coordinating appointments, deadlines and pending matters

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the commercial sector
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good MS Office skills, Immotop2 is an advantage
• Independent, structured and careful working style is essential
• Organisational talent and ability to set priorities
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking
• Enjoyment of customer contact and varied tasks
• Willingness to learn new specialist areas and develop further
