Electrician (Service Technician)

• Independently carry out service work and small installations for private and business customers
• Perform electrical fault diagnosis, repairs and rectification of defects on existing systems
• Record customer concerns on site and prepare simple cost estimates
• Ensure expert customer advice and write detailed reports
• Use digital order management and independently coordinate assignments

• Completed basic training as an electrician EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Experience in the service sector or strong motivation for targeted development in service
• Strong enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent, careful work
• Reliable, solution-oriented and conscientious working style
• High organisational talent, awareness of deadlines and ability to maintain an overview of several assignments
