Your Tasks

As a leading personnel service provider in the Swiss healthcare sector, we collaborate across the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland with a wide range of institutions from healthcare and social services – including hospitals, long-term care organisations, Spitex organisations, rehabilitation clinics, psychiatric facilities, medical practices, and socio-educational institutions.

For the recruitment and support of our temporary employees, we are looking for a committed individual who will accompany our employees from the first contact through employment to long-term cooperation and actively shape this journey.

In doing so, you ensure personal and professional support for our employees and contribute to making them feel well cared for at careanesth.

In this versatile role, you will accompany our employees throughout their entire time with us:

• Recruit: Recruit employees, establish new contacts, and strategically expand our employee network
• Support: Be the central contact person for our employees, maintain relationships, and ensure personal support and guidance
• Develop: Promote further training and development opportunities and support employees in their professional growth
• Retain: Further develop offers and services for employees and contribute to positive collaboration and long-term retention
• Position: Strengthen our employer brand and actively shape marketing measures to attract new employees

Your Profile

• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Training and professional experience in nursing or another healthcare profession is an advantage
• Experience in recruiting, personnel consulting, employee support, or temporary staffing, ideally in healthcare, is beneficial
• Enjoyment of personal contact and building long-term relationships
• Strong employee and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, empathetic, and reliable personality
• Enthusiasm for actively shaping offers and services for employees
