Shift Coordinator with Bar Responsibility (m/f/d) 60-80%

for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly wage.
After the training phase, you will be able to actively support the bar, cinema, and bowling according to the deployment plan.

• Ensuring and coordinating the smooth running of daily operations in compliance with internal and legal requirements
• Training and supporting our new employees
• Preparation and serving of drinks and snacks according to specified recipes
• Maintenance and carrying out minor repairs or descaling work on the equipment
• Friendly and competent guest care and advice
• Admission control as well as sale of tickets, vouchers, various kiosk items in the cinema and bowling games
• Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Cleaning work in the cinema, bowling, and bar areas
• Minor repairs and troubleshooting of the bowling lanes

• You have experience in the service sector and bring understanding and interest in technical processes
• First professional experience in the bar and gastronomy sector is an advantage
• We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
• Taking responsibility and an organized way of working are a matter of course for you
• You remain calm and act proactively in hectic situations
• You are communicative and communicate flawlessly in German
• As a team player, you proactively share your knowledge and show active willingness to help
