Your role
You support the team in managing personnel files and actively participate in ongoing HR projects. Through your professionalism, you ensure a reliable, confidential, and service-oriented performance.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage administrative procedures related to personnel entries, exits, and changes in status
- Participate in the management of social insurances (disability insurance, unemployment, family allowances, health, accident)
- Ensure the complete follow-up of the life cycle of employees
- Support time management via TimePro
- Keep personnel files up to date, compliant, and structured
- Contribute to the reception and integration of new employees
- Participate in monitoring HR indicators
- Collaborate in writing and updating job descriptions
- Take part in the electronic document management project (EDM)
- Draft employment contracts, certificates, attestations, and all HR correspondence
The profile we are looking for
- Commercial employee CFC completed by the Federal Certificate of HR Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong expertise in HR administration
- Comfortable with IT tools and HR systems
- Excellent writing skills
- Sense of organization, precision, and reliability
- Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork
- Impeccable discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Flawless French, both spoken and written
