• You regularly visit our Romandie sites, build relationships with the teams, conduct interviews and develop stories around our employees,
• our services, our clients and the daily life of logistics.
• You write texts, take photos and create short videos, including editing, adapting the content to the audiences and communication channels of
• Planzer.
• You contribute to the development of our French-speaking presence on social networks and manage it daily: editorial planning, publishing and
• interaction with the community, in close coordination with the Dietikon team.
• You adapt existing content to the language and culture of French-speaking Switzerland, ensuring consistency of our brand image and tone.
• You analyse the reach of publications, interactions and community growth to improve content and formats.
• You also support regional actions related to employer branding, sponsorship and client relations by creating content, and provide occasional
• support to regional management teams on communication matters.

• Training or studies in marketing, communication, media, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in content creation or digital communication, as well as practical skills in writing, photography and independently producing short videos.
• Fluency in French at a native level or equivalent, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of German to collaborate with the Dietikon team.
• Experience in editorial planning, managing social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, as well as analysing content performance.
• Good command of common content creation tools, social media management, photo editing and video editing software.
• Enjoyment of writing and storytelling, as well as curiosity about people and their professional daily lives.
• Ease in communication and pleasure in building relationships with internal and external contacts.
• An autonomous working style, initiative and a business sense.
• Availability for travel within French-speaking Switzerland and occasional presence in Dietikon.
