What to expect
- Management and support of demanding and interesting construction projects on behalf of the client, primarily in SIA phases 3-5
- Moderation, commentary and interpretation of the project progress in decision-making bodies and accompanying groups
- Knowledge in supporting competition procedures according to SIA 142 – 144 and client activities in SIA phases 1+2 complement your profile but are not mandatory
- Support in acquisition
What you bring
- University degree in architecture or spatial planning
- Interest in architecture and experience in exceptional project developments
- User knowledge of suitable PQM tools in planning and realisation
- Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- User knowledge in contemporary ICT infrastructure
