As a claims employee, you proactively and straightforwardly accompany and support our customers in the event of a claim. In doing so, you contribute to the trust in Mobiliar as the most personal insurance in Switzerland. 

What You Achieve With Us

You accompany our customers in the event of a claim – from reporting to completion – and provide reassurance to our customers regarding claims processing. 

You maintain close communication with your team and all parties involved in the claim and impress our customers with your high level of service commitment. Optionally, you take on the practical training of apprentices, conduct on-site claim inspections, and assume responsibility for commissioning, coordinating, and supervising craftsmen.

What You Bring

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Enjoyment in contact and support of customers in the event of a claim
• High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity
• Confident appearance
• Proactive and independent working style
• Responsible, empathetic, and open personality
• Confidence in using the Microsoft Office suite and digital affinity
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
