Service Technician for Emergency Lighting Systems 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks
Your workday starts directly at your home with the drive to our customers (mainly in the Zurich region). Your responsibilities include commissioning and checking the functionality of our systems and escape route guidance systems. You instruct our customers, prepare the acceptance protocol and conduct sales discussions for maintenance contracts and additional sales with customers on site. Service assignments including localisation and rectification of faults and repair work complement your varied activities. You manage your material requirements independently and regularly complete administrative tasks in the office or from home.

Profile
An EFZ as an electrical installer or assembly electrician and very good German language skills are essential. You preferably bring initial experience in the electrical service sector and have good IT user skills. You have the ability to integrate into established processes and enjoy frequent travel within the Zurich region (category B driving licence). To keep travel distances short, you reside in the Zurich region. You work conscientiously and reliably with a confident manner and solve the tasks at the customer professionally and independently.
