Maintenance & Reliability Lead Switzerland (m/f/d)

Immediate start or by arrangement | Full-time: 100% | permanent | Rheinfelden | Production

What you can achieve:

• You lead the Technical Leads of the Swiss production sites and develop them strategically and operationally.
• You are responsible for occupational safety, plant availability, maintenance performance, and OPEX, and contribute to the planning and control of CAPEX.
• You further develop the maintenance and reliability strategy and drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You lead strategic investment and optimisation projects and work closely with production, OT&E, engineering, as well as national and international expert committees.

Your backpack:

• Technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership and management experience in industrial maintenance
• Sound experience in reliability, asset management, and modern maintenance strategies
• Experience in change management as well as in leading investment and optimisation projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership and communication skills, as well as very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
