Responsibilities

• Customer support at 2nd level: You are the competent contact for complex customer concerns and handle them independently, solution-oriented and efficiently.
• Customer satisfaction in focus: With a lot of empathy as well as appropriate written and telephone communication, you ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
• Analytical approach: You get to the bottom of concerns, make the necessary clarifications with the responsible specialist departments and develop the best possible solution.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You regularly exchange with sales outlets, purchasing, payment services, online shop, other internal departments as well as our partner DialogWorld.
• Quality and process optimisation: You ensure seamless case documentation in the systems and contribute valuable impulses for the continuous improvement of our processes.

Requirements

• Completed training in retail or commercial field, several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Resilient, flexible and communicative personality with high customer orientation as well as precise and independent working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills, English and Italian are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, experience with customer service systems is a plus
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
