Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Pomy site, we are looking for:

A 100% Operations Agent (Concierge) (m/f)

Mission:

To independently and proactively ensure the maintenance of premises and the proper functioning of installations, to ensure the quality of service provided to employees, anticipate needs, and be proactive in proposing continuous improvement of services.

• Establish the schedule and ensure cleaning and maintenance of premises and outdoor areas, including green spaces
• Maintain technical devices/installations, guarantee their operation and propose their renewal
• Ensure regular maintenance of devices and installations entrusted to external service providers
• Monitor heating and ventilation settings, track consumption (heating oil, electricity) and propose saving measures
• Carry out minor repairs, remedy any breakdowns and call on specialised companies if necessary
• Ensure the closing of external access doors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards of installations and by external companies
• Ideally, participate in supporting beneficiaries in rehabilitation

Profile and skills:

• Federal VET Diploma/AFP as operations agent or cleaning agent and/or equivalent significant experience
• Physical resilience
• Experience in supporting apprentices or people in professional integration would be an asset
• Experience as a safety coordinator and/or knowledge in this field would be assets
• Interest and ability to work alone and collaborate in a small team
• Availability, autonomy and solution orientation
• Ecological awareness
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, hygiene standards and cleaning techniques
• Knowledge and mastery of basic computer tools
