For the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) area, we are seeking by arrangement a

POCT Service Manager 100% 

Your future tasks:

• Development and further enhancement of a customer-oriented POCT service offering
• Development of pricing and service models
• Management of the POCT team and coordination of the team’s assignments
• Responsibility for the support, maintenance and quality assurance of POCT devices at general practitioners as well as in hospitals and health centres
• Planning and coordination of service deployments
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and documentation of quality controls as well as preparation and support of audits
• Training and instruction of medical users
• Creation and maintenance of training materials, SOPs and technical documentation
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs
• Close collaboration with device manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed higher education in computer science or medical informatics at HF or FH level
• Professional experience in healthcare, laboratory environment or with POCT systems
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for working with complex system landscapes and processes
• Interest in IT systems, interfaces and medical applications
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to familiarise yourself with new technologies and systems
• Customer-oriented manner and strong communication skills
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to travel within Eastern Switzerland approx. 30%
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
