• You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, first-class, and individual care at home
• You support relatives and the persons being cared for, as well as the team, in all matters relating to care
• You work and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, health insurers, and the team

• You have a tertiary qualification in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and -Care)
• Your flexibility and commitment make you a reliable support within the team
• Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
• Your sense of responsibility and ability to recognise emergency situations and respond appropriately make you a valuable team member
• Your cheerful nature is infectious and actively contributes to a positive workplace culture that delights our clients and enriches the working environment
• You have completed or are willing to complete the InterRAI HC course
