To implement our projects quickly and straightforwardly, we are looking for an upbeat, reliable and agile personality who supports our Head of Business Development in day-to-day operations and gladly takes on a variety of tasks.
Junior Business Development Associate 60-80%
Your tasks – no day is the same!
- You support the Head of Business Development with all administrative and organisational tasks.
- You create presentations, Excel lists, overviews and simple evaluations.
- You assist with marketing activities, events and the preparation of documents.
- You support the organisation and coordination of construction projects and new medical locations.
- You coordinate appointments, gather information, track pending tasks and ensure that tasks are completed.
- You spontaneously take on new tasks and keep an overview even when several things are happening simultaneously.
What you bring with you
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- You may be studying and want to combine this with a varied, practical activity
- Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A quick grasp and an independent, structured way of working
- An uncomplicated, pragmatic manner and pleasure in getting things done
- Flexibility, initiative and a good sense of humour
- Experience in healthcare is a plus but not essential
