To strengthen our team, we are looking for an open and service-oriented personality who enjoys being a host, takes responsibility and contributes to a positive experience for our hotel and restaurant guests.

What you will do

You warmly and professionally welcome and look after our hotel and restaurant guests
You take on reception duties, handle reservations and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out
You manage the cash register and ensure correct billing
You support our team in breakfast service as well as in the à la carte and banquet areas
You work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping and administration departments
You assist with meal delivery, thereby making a valuable contribution to people in our region

What you bring

Enjoyment in contact with people and a strong service orientation
Independent, reliable and flexible working style
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Very good German language skills
Willingness to work during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays
Category B driving licence

Advantages

Experience in gastronomy, hospitality or customer contact
Experience with hotel software
English language skills
