Participation in the selection of apprentices (public transport specialist with a focus on train traffic control) and recruitment of lateral entrants for train traffic control
Personnel and professional leadership of trainees as well as subject matter specialists with training functions
Coordination of various initial, further, and basic training courses in operations control as well as contact person for internal and external partners
Responsibility for short-, medium-, and long-term planning of training needs and the associated resource provision in coordination with the Head of Operations Control
Deployment as train traffic controller and/or operations supervisor
