Your tasks

You are part of a modern traffic control centre and master the challenges of daily rail operations together with the team.
You manage the scheduling of employees working in shifts in operations from daily to monthly planning, balancing economic efficiency, operational needs, and employee satisfaction.
You create the annual duty roster (rotation) for locomotive staff and the traffic control centre and make mid-year changes and adjustments due to construction sites.
As a personnel deployment planner in the SZU traffic control centre, you contribute to customer-focused disruption management.
You take on supporting tasks and processes such as managing auxiliary documents and tools, maintaining system data, creating instruction programmes, etc.
You work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 20:00.

Your competencies

You have a strong awareness of safety and quality and work conscientiously, reliably, and independently.
You have a pronounced flair for planning and scheduling and possess comprehensive knowledge of working time regulations (AZG).
You think analytically and holistically, quickly recognise operational dependencies, and make considered and comprehensible decisions even under time pressure.
You are IT-savvy, have good PC skills, and are confident in using common programmes such as Word and Excel.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Trapeze software and have already gained experience in a transport company.
You are a team player and communicate clearly, precisely, and respectfully, and have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
