Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology, and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy, and on an equal footing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you by arrangement: a committed and competent Senior Consultant Psychiatrist 60-100%.
Your tasks
- You take on outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with substance-related and non-substance-related addictive disorders, often with psychiatric comorbidity
- You bear professional case responsibility for a defined group of patients and independently decide on treatment plans, opioid agonist therapy, and medication
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team from psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology, nursing, and social work and contribute to joint case discussions
- You participate in the further development of our integrative treatment concepts and bring in your own professional impulses
- You prepare reports and expert opinions within the scope of treatment
What you bring
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH) or near completion
- Solid experience in addiction medicine
- Enjoyment of multiprofessional collaboration and integrative treatment approaches
- A high degree of empathy, responsibility, and a respectful attitude towards a frequently stigmatised patient group
- Very good German language skills
What you can expect from us
- You deepen your expertise in addiction medicine and actively shape the collaboration between psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, and social work.
- We offer you a regulated 45-hour week from Monday to Friday, without night or weekend duties in the ward operation, as well as 6 weeks of holiday and attractive conditions with the pension fund.
- We support you in further training and education and offer regular supervision and intervision.
- Look forward to an inspiring, collegial working atmosphere in a pioneering company of Swiss addiction medicine and become part of a committed team that supports you and moves great things together with you.
