Assistant to the Head of the Cantonal Armoury Zurich 100%At the Office for Military and Civil Protection, around 140 employees at the locations Zurich, Birmensdorf and Andelfingen jointly make an important contribution to the safety of the population.
The Cantonal Armoury Zurich offers a comprehensive range of services relating to military equipment, weapons, fire protection clothing and police uniform logistics.
We are looking for a new committed team member as Assistant to the Head of the Armoury, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Support in accounting and controlling as well as acting as an interface to the office accounting department
- Maintenance and updating of data in the SAP and ERP systems
- Preparation and processing of documents, reports and presentations
- Administrative support of the Armoury management in close cooperation with the team
- Support in personnel administration as well as acting as an interface to human resources
- Maintenance and optimisation of filing systems
- Representation of the Head of Logistics and support with special organisational and administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Your German is fluent in both spoken and written form
- Knowledge of French is desirable
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- You think in a networked way and are a service-oriented and communicative personality
- You have an extremely precise, reliable and structured way of working
- High precision and quality awareness are a matter of course for you
- You keep an overview even in demanding situations and work with absolute care
- You are resilient, strong in organisation and take responsibility
- (Management) function in the army or civil protection is an advantage
