- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Standardised management of the decentralised OR storerooms including inventory control, expiry dates, maintenance of item lists
- Picking and provision of specialist trolleys, case trolleys and sets according to the OR programme
- Checking consumables, loan instruments and implants as well as their correct storage, supply and return
- Recording in KISIM and deregistration of consignment material if required
- Central contact person in the OR area for questions regarding material availability
- Participation in optimisation projects (e.g. case trolleys, digitalisation projects) and test setups
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g. FaGe, OTA, basic medical or pharmaceutical training) or as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in a hospital environment or in OR logistics is an advantage
- Efficient, precise and reliable working style
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
- Enjoyment of interface work and willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of German
