About the Position
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you drive the optimization of our production processes and testing technologies – with a focus on secondary technology and gas-insulated switchgear. You lead cross-departmental projects, support the introduction of new products, and train employees in a practical manner. By developing standards and best practices, you sustainably ensure quality and efficiency.
What You Can Achieve
Project management of cross-functional projects in operations while adhering to time, target, resource, and cost requirements
Redesign and further development of test systems for factory testing of gas-insulated switchgear
Training of employees in production [theoretically and practically] in the areas of control and current/voltage transformers
Coordination, evaluation, and implementation of the introduction of new products or technologies according to standards defined by customer requirements, guidelines, and industry standards
Support of production during the commissioning of internal and external processes and equipment
Definition of action plans and training of the corresponding maintenance and production resources
Definition and implementation of standards as well as documentation of proven practices and procedures for all new and existing products to ensure the required quality and productivity
Your Profile
You have a technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, automation technology) or a comparable qualification
You bring experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment
You have knowledge in secondary technology, especially with local control cubicles, drives, as well as current and voltage transformers
You are familiar with the development and optimization of test benches and test procedures
You have experience in training employees, both theoretically and practically
You are familiar with the introduction of new products and technologies and can evaluate and implement them according to standards and customer requirements
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have good communication skills
You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
