A colourist, a colour mixer, a person with a good eye, technical understanding and genuine passion for colour.

Someone who doesn’t just follow recipes, but thinks along, experiments, optimises and advances our mixing department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

You take responsibility for our mixing department and ensure that perfect shades are created from high-quality raw materials and precise recipes.

You mix and reproduce shades both mechanically and by hand. Manual mixing is just as much part of the craft for us as working with modern mixing technology.

You create shades from scratch, combine pigments with a confident sense of colour and develop recipes that you record precisely and make reproducible.

You find solutions when a shade doesn’t fit immediately – even when it gets challenging.

You ensure quality, accuracy and a smooth process.

You keep machines, materials, recipes and organisation under control.

You contribute your own ideas, question existing processes and develop our mixing department professionally and technically.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A person with solid knowledge about colours, pigments and coating materials.

Ideally, you bring experience as a colourist, colour mixer or from the paint and coatings industry.

You have a pronounced sense of colour and an eye for nuances that others might not even notice.

You work precisely, independently and with a high standard of quality.

You understand technology, enjoy working with machines and are open to new mixing systems and developments.

You like to take responsibility and have the ambition not only to manage your area of work but to actively advance it.

You are solution-oriented, hands-on and don’t lose sight of things even when it gets hectic.
