On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned brand in the high-quality artisanal bakery and chocolate sector, we are looking for a Salesperson / Commercial Employee Specialising who places commercial acumen and customer service at the heart of their priorities.
Salesperson / Commercial Employee Specialising in Bakery - Chocolatier (M/F)
Your Mission
Reception & Personalised Advice: Provide impeccable and warm customer service to a local and international clientele.
Sales Development: Highlight products, advise customers on the specifics of specialities, and practise consultative/additional selling.
Shop Maintenance: Showcase the displays (bread, pastries, chocolates), ensure constant restocking, and guarantee strict compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
Cash Register Management: Handle payments, maintain the cash journal, and perform daily closing.
Your Profile
Service Mindset & Commercial Flair: You are dynamic, friendly, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a passion for customer satisfaction.
Languages:
French: Native speaker or fluent level required.
English: A major asset for easy communication with international customers.
Knowledge / Experience (A strong asset): Previous experience in chocolatier, patisserie, or fine bakery is highly appreciated.
Background: 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail/gastronomy sales.
Personal Qualities: Neat appearance, rigour, flexibility in working hours (weekend work possible), and resilience under stress during busy periods.
