Responsibilities:
Plan, organise and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality
Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
Monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with current safety standards
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of construction sites, including invoicing and budget tracking
Manage a team (site manager, foreman, team leaders and workers)
- Type of work: civil engineering and structural works
You bring:
Site Manager diploma or HES/EPFL engineering degree or equivalent training
Proven experience in site management (minimum 15 years) in the field, including at least 5 years’ experience in Switzerland
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation
Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
Knowledge of current standards and regulations
