Your tasks – You make a difference:

• Assisting in planning, preparation, as well as setup and dismantling of trade fairs and events
• You independently plan and execute individual events
• You ensure a smooth event process on site
• Support in coordinating helpers
• Active participation with a high standard of quality
• You contribute your ideas and actively shape our appearances

Your profile – this is what you bring:

• You have completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
• You have very good MS Office skills
• You enjoy working with people, are communicative, resilient, and flexible
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• You have organisational skills and bring initial experience in the event sector
• You work independently, carefully, and flexibly – even when it gets hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
• You are willing to travel regularly and occasionally work at weekends.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a shared goal are natural to you – you are motivated to develop yourself and the team further.

Workplace: 3145 Niederscherli (Oberried)

Workload: 80-100% (6 months) with a prospect of permanent employment as Event Manager
