The Spital Oberengadin AG in Samedan, a company of the KSGR group, is responsible as the largest hospital in southern Grisons for the basic medical care and emergency care of the population and guests.

Certified Expert NDS Emergency Care or Certified Nurse with Proven Experience in Emergency Care 80% - 100%

We are an interdisciplinary 24-hour emergency centre with 17 treatment places, including a shock room and plaster room.

Your Tasks

• Triage of patients according to the Manchester Triage System
• Ensuring safe, professionally competent initial care of patients of all ages – from infants to the very elderly – of all severity levels and different sociocultural backgrounds with surgical, internal medicine and psychosocial emergency indications
• Point-of-care testing during late and night shifts
• Application of various plaster casts
• Care during and after minor outpatient operations
• Care of follow-up checks

Your Profile

• Qualification as Expert NDS Emergency Care or equivalent diploma with Swiss recognition or
• Certified nurse HF/FH with proven professional experience in interdisciplinary emergency care or interest in training in this field
• Resilient and responsible personality with a high quality awareness
• Precise, independent and organised way of working
• Team spirit and flexibility (optimal service readiness depending on seasonal workload)
• Appreciative attitude towards patients, relatives and staff
• German spoken and written, Italian and English, other languages an advantage
