For our asset management in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for a personable individual who will complement our small, dynamic team with great commitment. Responsibilities
You will take on, among other things, the following areas of responsibility & activities for the company and the clients:
- Primary contact person for our clients and their families for general administrative support.
- Independent handling of the group mailbox.
- Responsible management of invoicing and credit card management including timely payment processing and ongoing monitoring.
- Administrative and organisational support for asset management, including file management, process documentation, assistance with reporting, loan agreements.
- Interface to external service providers (banks, service providers, trustees, and many more).
- Structured filing and maintenance of private market fund documents (including quarterly reports, capital account statements).
- Travel and visa organisation.
- Mail and office management.
- Guest reception & hospitality.
Qualifications
You possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or commercial basic training with further education (e.g. in the area of executive assistance, fiduciary or comparable additional qualifications) as well as at least two years of professional experience (banking, asset management, family office, law firm).
- Fluent, confident German skills (C2 level) and very good English skills (C1 / C2 level).
- You think in networks, have a strong flair for numbers and solve challenging situations with expertise and pragmatism.
- You are characterised by high resilience and organisational strength and remain calm and composed even in dynamic situations.
- You are a proactive, independent and solution-oriented personality.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
