The Hälg Group is a leading service provider for building technology and facility management. As a Swiss family business, we are present at around 30 locations in Switzerland.For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of Zahn + Co. AG, we are looking for a site supervising heating installer in Kreuzlingen.
Your Challenge
- Managing large and small construction sites as well as the associated installation team
- Carrying out varied assembly and installation work on new build and renovation projects
- Coordinating with site management, planners, architects and other trades on site
- Implementing and checking execution plans and schematics as well as independently finding solutions to technical challenges
- Supporting work preparation and planning of personnel and resource requirements
- Responsibility for material procurement and reporting
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a heating installer, further training to become a chief installer is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience
- Reliable, punctual and customer-oriented working style
- Responsible and resilient personality with leadership potential
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as technical understanding and strong quality awareness
- Good organisational and communication skills as well as a confident manner with customers, site management and employees
