What you achieve
- You bear operational responsibility for our hotel services, placing special emphasis on service quality and the needs of our guests.
- You lead your team and ensure smooth scheduling.
- You actively participate in the operational area.
- You promote appreciative and constructive collaboration within the team.
- You conduct team meetings and organise regular training sessions for further development and quality assurance.
What distinguishes you
- You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management.
- You enjoy personnel management and ideally already have experience in team leadership.
- You are a host by conviction.
- You treat others with respect and appreciation and gladly take on responsibility.
