Your tasks

• You take product responsibility for financing products from strategic development and pricing to ongoing performance management and market launch of new products
• You actively drive the end-to-end digitalization of the financing process and take on the development of requirements and functional concepts as well as implementation support with IT and specialist departments
• You establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard and derive targeted optimization measures from it
• Together with the financing expert committee, you are responsible for the further development and compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations in the mortgage business (e.g. FINMA, Basel III)
• You lead the bank-wide financing expert committee, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication, including process and product adjustments, release approvals, and training concepts
• You monitor market, competition, and technology developments, analyze customer needs, and derive concrete product impulses

What you bring

• Completed business or technical studies (FH/University), ideally with further training in product management or digitalization
• Several years of solid experience in lending at a Swiss bank; you know the products, processes, and regulatory environment (FINMA, Basel III) firsthand.
• High IT and digitalization affinity as well as strong interest in process optimization and automation
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with high implementation strength and initiative
• Convincing communication and stakeholder management skills with sensitivity; you win people at all hierarchy levels with your positive charisma and can-do mentality
