To complement and strengthen the Diagnostic and Treatments department (dietetics-nutrition / occupational therapy / physiotherapy / radiology), the HFR nursing management is seeking a:

Specialised Clinical Therapist

50-100%

Your mission:

• Act as a clinical and organisational reference across the Diagnostic and Treatments department
• Support managers and supervisors in analysing complex clinical or organisational situations. Promote coordination between sites and services within the department
• Contribute to the harmonisation of professional practices and work processes
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality and safety of services
• Support the development of evidence-based professional practices
• Contribute to the analysis, preparation and implementation of departmental projects
• Support managers in the organisational deployment of departmental orientations
• Participate in the design and evolution of work processes and instructions
• Encourage interprofessional collaboration and team development dynamics

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in health (Medical Radiology Technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Dietetics and Nutrition) or equivalent recognised qualification by the Swiss Red Cross
• Proven experience within a specialised service included in the Department (minimum 5 years)
• Master of Science in Health Sciences HES-SO (MScSa)
• Demonstrated skills in advanced clinical expertise, project management and clinical leadership
• Skills in clinical analysis, coordination and practice improvement
• Proficiency in common IT tools and methodologies related to EBP
• Interest in interdisciplinary teamwork, autonomy, rigour and a sense of responsibility
• Interest and skills in project management and development of professional practices
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and collaborative spirit
• Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
