Apprentice in action
For a customer order, we were allowed to prefabricate a concrete slab.
This order was perfect to let our bricklayer apprentice Sait work somewhat independently.
The apprentice supervisor Dario Lüscher turned the order into a learning unit.
From the AVOR through the material withdrawal, the material order, the creation of the floor slab to the reporting, Sait was able to carry out everything independently.
And all within the given time.
The final result is definitely impressive.
