Tasks
• schedule and manage sea freight transports (LCL/FCL) worldwide
• prepare transport and customs documents
• coordinate pre- and on-carriage as well as international interfaces
• monitor transit times and timely delivery
• communicate with customers, shipping companies, partners and customs authorities
• record and maintain shipment data in the system
• process price enquiries and customer requests
Requirements
• completed training as a forwarding agent
• experience in sea freight handling import/export, ideally also cross-trade
• practical, independent and structured working style
IT
MS Office – user knowledge
Experience with forwarding IT systems (e.g. CargoWise, SAP TM)
Languages
German: spoken and written very good
English: spoken and written good
